The course is offered in association with Motherwell College, renowned as one of Scotland’s leading institutions for hospitality skills programmes. The programme includes practical kitchen skills and will develop a knowledge and understanding of running a professional kitchen and managing staff. The course, which blends theoretical components with plenty of practical application includes the following units;

Entry requirements

  • Professional cookery experience, and;
  • SVQ Level 3 Kitchen & Larder, or;
  • 1 Higher or equivalent qualification in a related subject area.
