If you have studied hospitality at school and want to know how to mange the industry, or have worked in the industry and seek a recognised qualification, or have worked in another area and now want to enter the exciting world of hospitality, then this is the HNC for you. Through this exciting and comprehensive course you will develop skills in all the key areas of hospitality management, including food production and service, accommodation and front office. The course, which blends theoretical components with plenty of practical application includes the following units;

Entry requirements

• Good standard grade results in appropriate subjects, or;
• SVQ or National Qualification in a related subject area, or;
• Significant work experience
