If you have studied hospitality at school and want to know how to mange the industry, or have worked in the industry and seek a recognised qualification, or have worked in another area and now want to enter the exciting world of hospitality, then this is the HNC for you. Entry requirements

  • Good standard grade results in appropriate subjects, or;
  • SVQ or National Qualification in a related subject area, or;
  • Significant work experience
